DeBordieu Home Featured in Wall Street Journal!

When one of my DeBordieu Colony real estate listings gets national press, I get almost the same feeling I do when one of my kids gets recognized for an accomplishment in the local Pawleys Island newspapers!FRE_in_WSJ_4.4.14

My listing at 1425 DeBordieu Blvd was featured in an article today in the Wall Street Journal. Included in the Relative Value section, the article is entitled “Homes on the Bright Side, “with the subtitle, “Houses with vibrant colors looking to shine in the spring sales season.”

Written by my new best friend, Stefanos Chen, the article featured my listing and two others….. a similar home in Palm Beach, Florida, priced at $8.95 Million and another from Maryland, at $1.695 Million that, in my humble opinion, needs to adios the “vibrant blue color.”

When comparing the relative values of the three homes…… 1425 DeBordieu Blvd. is a clear WINNER!!!!
