DeBordieu Patriot Golf Weekend

DeBordieu Patriot Golf Weekend will be held on Labor Day weekend – Thursday, September 3rd –  Sunday, September 6th .  patriot golf logo

Patriot Golf Day is the flagship fundraiser for the Folds of Honor Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides postsecondary educational scholarships for the children and spouses of military men and women disabled or killed while serving our great nation. On Labor Day weekend, golfers across the country are asked to add an extra dollar to their greens fees to fund Folds of Honor scholarships. The Patriot Golf Day campaign is jointly supported by The PGA of America and the United States Golf Association.

The DeBordieu Club Golf Staff is excited about this year’s event! In addition to the $1 per round, below is a list of events planned to help raise money for this worthy cause!

Thursday, September 3rd

Patriot Playing Pledge – On this day DeBordieu Golf Professionals Matt, Brian, and Nate will play golf from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm and attempt to play as many holes as possible.  Members and Guests are asked to pledge any amount to be multiplied by the number of holes they play cumulatively.  For example:  If you pledge $.50, and the staff plays a total of 300 holes, your donation will be $150.   (These donations will earn raffle tickets for every $10 donated.)
