In my opinion, with a renewed sense of confidence, wealthy republicans (pretty much South Carolina’s target market) are going to have a new spring in their step, and will decide, with President  Trump in the White House,  NOW is the time.

 

It will start in our target areas in states like Virginia, Georgia, and North Carolina with consumers putting their primary residences on the market while they search up and down the coastal areas for the perfect place. The top requirement for most of them:

1) Short distance to grandchildren (which is one of the reasons people are choosing SC over Florida.

2) Natural Amenities like beaches and rivers

3) Security, both financially in a proven community that’s been around a while, and physically with a 24/7 manned security gate.

DeBordieu Colony is primed to welcome these buyers with open arms. But while we will see the volume of buyers pick up, these cautious buyers will not want to overpay for their property. So your home must be priced right, taking its age and condition into account, along with the competition in other Pawleys Island area communities like The Reserve, Pawleys Plantation, Willbrook, Litchfield Plantation, and Heritage.
