For the past year I’ve been considering whether or not to branch out to serve buyers and sellers outside the DeBordieu gate in the Pawleys Island area and even gave it a shot with a luxury home in The Reserve. While I adore the sellers, a former DeBordieu owner and long-time friend/client, I felt my focus was a bit divided, and I was not staying true to my DeBordieu niche.
Jennifer has agreed to be my “right hand” in Pawleys Island, so that when I have the opportunity to be of service to a friend or acquaintance who is interested in buying or selling in the area, I can bring Jennifer in to manage the account.
With sellers, I will stay on board as a marketing consultant, overseeing the launch of the listing, while Jennifer manages the day to day maintenance. With buyers, I will suggest areas and properties best suited to the needs of the client, while Jennifer sets appointments and actually shows and demonstrates the properties. I will be a referring agent in both cases, and will be able to focus my time and effort to those I serve in DeBordieu, the private ocean front paradise just north of Charleston, SC.
Jennifer is a second generation native of the Low Country Area and has been selling real estate in our area since graduating from Coastal Carolina University in 2006. Real Estate is in Jennifer’s blood, as her father, my colleague, Tom Nichols has been selling real estate for over 30 years in DeBordieu. She enjoys serving on the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors hospitality committee and is the 2016 vice-chair of the Young Professionals Network group. Jennifer loves her hometown, which is why helping buyers find the perfect place whether a primary residence, second home or investment is fun to her.
So…. If you or someone you know is thinking of buying or selling in the Pawleys Island area, give me a call and let me refer them to Jennifer at the Tidelands Company.
If you or someone you know is interested in exploring DeBordieu, I’m your girl. 100%.
