Here is a picture of DeBordieu Lot 22 Colony Club, last week, BEFORE it was under-brushed. It’s a great half-acre lot with good elevation, a southwest orientation. And, it’s on a lake, overlooking a common area, that borders the 17,000 acre nature preserve next door.
But you would never know that, because the vegetation is so lush and high.
