    Great to hear from you! I will email you all that information. It’s a great buy. Since there is currently a renter in it, we would like to give 24 hours notice, so please have your daughter give me a call at 843-455-4523. The lease is through October. If she wants a tenant for a while, they would be happy to negotiate a longer lease period… or they can move out. Whichever y’all prefer. Thanks so much!
